Position Overview:

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Perform Lawn Care: Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including zero-turn mowers, gas-powered trimmers, and backpack blowers to maintain pristine lawns according to Red Rock Maintenance standards.

Master Window Cleaning: Learn window cleaning using specialized tools such as mops and squeegees, with the ability to comfortably work at heights of up to 24 feet.

Excel in Deck Cleaning/Staining: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and staining decks to meet our high-quality standards, with some painting experience being beneficial.

Qualifications:

Reliability: Punctuality is paramount; arrive on time each day ready to embark on the day's tasks.

Physical Fitness: Be in good physical condition, capable of lifting up to 50lbs, and thriving in an active work environment.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members and independently when required, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Coachability: Welcome feedback and guidance to continuously improve performance and deliver exceptional results.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Pay: Earn between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Seasonal Opportunity: Enjoy a 7-month contract with the potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

Full-Time Schedule: Enjoy weekends off! Work Monday to Friday, with expected hours totaling 40 per week.
